     Qualifications : Graduate from a recognized University and having minimum speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand (English) and minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Typing on Computer. . 
Application Fee : Application fee in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order/ Postal order of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of Registrar General, Delhi High Court. No fee shall be payable by the SC/ ST/ PH / Women Candidates.
