Officers Scale I – Rs. 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020/- per month.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Rs. 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110-2120/1-30230-1310/1-31540/- per month.
Age limit & Relaxation:- Between 18-28 years as on 01st June-2014 (relaxable up to 03 years for OBC, 05 years for SC/ ST & 10 years for PWD candidates).
Probation Period: – Selected candidates will be on probation for 02 Years for Officers Scale & 01 Year for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
Selection Process: – Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
Interview Centre: – The Interview will be held at the Kapurthala centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters.
